Hello, I'm Dave.

As a Realtor and Home Inspector for over 17 years, I sought to better serve my clients by obtaining designations that allowed me to specialize in niche clientele. Being over 65, I wanted to better understand and assist the 55+ community. Since I had cared for my father until he was 90 years old, I found the subject of aging in place to be especially pertinent. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation allowed me to learn more about this specialty. As a home inspector, I frequently alerted clients to safety issues, like insufficient handrails, guardrails, and steep stairs. I now specialize in assessing homes for aging in place thanks to my SRES training and previous experience in home inspections. I also hold the Home Safety Advisor certification from Age Safe America (ASA), a national organization devoted to assisting older adults live independently and safely at home.
